The Hungary Pavilion has become the home of traditional workshops at Expo 2025 Osaka. Over the past few months, visitors have not only discovered Hungarian folk traditions but also tried their hand at our crafts. They painted eggs, joined corn husk weaving and leathercraft sessions, explored indigo-dyed textiles, decorated gingerbread, and even practiced the delicate stitches of weaving and embroidery passed down through generations.

And the list keeps growing: in the coming weeks, felting and bead-stringing workshops will also welcome participants!

These activities offer a true community experience for our guests. The small, handmade souvenirs they create not only preserve the memory of the Expo but also symbolize a personal connection to Hungarian culture.
