The UNI.CO.RE Symposium seeks to showcase Japanese–Hungarian university collaborations and research initiatives that engage with the coremessage of the EXPO, particularly within the thematic framework of “Co-creating Cultures for the Future,” historical heritage, and local communityrevitalisation. Bringing together faculty and students from Óbuda University and Osaka University, the event will highlight innovative approaches to urban regeneration, the adaptive reuse of industrial heritage, and the transformation of brownfield sites, alongside the presentation of key university-led projects and professional dialogues.
