Cimbaliband

Cimbaliband blends Eastern European vibes with folk and modern music styles. Their unique sound is led by the cimbalom, a hungarian traditional hammered dulcimer known for its rich, resonant tones, enriched with jazz, Latin, and Balkan rhythms. Guided by Balázs Unger, dubbed the “Chuck Berry of the cimbalom,” the band creates vibrant music rooted in hungarian traditional music. With their signature “cimbalom rock’n’roll,” they’ve toured the world, from Asia to Africa, proving that folk music can be fresh, modern, and exciting.
