On 26th August 2025 a professional forum will be held at the Hungary Pavilion to explore trends and innovations in functional foods, with a special focus on the future of the confectionery industry. Sándor Sánta, President of the Association of Hungarian Confectionery Manufacturers, will present global trends and share practical case studies in functional confectionery, particularly in the chewing gum market. Krisztina Hubik, Business Development Manager at Chocco Garden Ltd., will present the sales strategies for functional chewing gum in local retail. The event will conclude with a networking session to foster industry connections.
